The Hanover Historical Review is a student-edited publication. The journal accepts papers written by Hanover students on topics of an historical nature from any discipline.

Manuscript, prepared in conformity with The Chicago Manual of Style, 13th ed, should be submitted in three-typed copies. Since manuscripts are evaluated anonymously, the author's name should appear on the title page only. The Review also welcomes submissions in electronic form.

Articles will be edited to conform to HHR style in matters of punctuation, capitalization, and the like. The editors seek to consult authors on all changes in the interest of clarity and economy of expression. The editors are the final arbiters of length, grammar, and usage.

The HHR disclaims responsibility for statements, either of fact or opinion, made by contributors.
