The Hanover College Department of History Career Network

The Alumni Career Network page enables Hanover students to contact alumni who may be able to help them secure internships or jobs or to offer advice concerning education and career. Students using the Career Network may include high school students considering Hanover College, current students contemplating a history major, or current students and recent graduates formulating post-graduate and career plans. You--the history alumni--may contribute by (1) volunteering to talk or write to students who seek your advice, (2) posting messages about your education and career that may prove helpful to students, and (2) indicating whether you would be able to help students secure internships. A directory identical to this one appears in the "Career Planning" section of this web site with an introduction addressed to Hanover students.
The Career Network page may prove useful not only to students but also to alumni too. Alumni may, for example, want to communicate with others in their own professions or in related professions. Those in law school or graduate school may also find it helpful to contact their fellow students or recent or long-time graduates of law and graduate schools. And alumni considering career changes may find it useful to engage in discussions with other alumni.
To add your name to the list of alumni advisers or to post a message for students about Hanover College, the history major, graduate and law schools, careers, or your particular occupation, please use the form provided on the main alumni page or contact Frank Luttmer at:
